Connelly & Co. is a Tampa Bay design studio creating timeless, livable homes, full of vintage, travel-inspired pieces and the kind of thoughtful details that make a house feel like yours. Our work pulls from travel, from history, from vintage finds with a story, and from the way our clients actually live. Some projects are full renovations and new builds. Some are furnishing refreshes. The thread is always the same. Vintage gives a room its soul. Quality finishes make it last. Found pieces make sure no two rooms ever look alike.
Renovations & New Builds
This is for clients building a new home or renovating a significant portion of an existing one. We come on board early, ideally before construction begins, and stay involved through final styling. Scope includes architectural input, all hard-surface and material selections, fixture and finish specifications, custom millwork, and full furnishings. We work closely with your architect, builder, and trades.
Full Furnishing
For existing homes ready for a layered, considered refresh. This includes furniture, lighting, window treatments, art, accessories, and styling, plus any light cosmetic updates like paint, wallpaper, hardware, or built-ins. We source vintage and custom pieces, with a few well-chosen new items to round things out.
